I thought I was going to continue writing about fractals today, but a post by Kimberley Jones about the frustration and urgency of awakening to your calling, related to grounding, caught my attention. I was reviewing the photos of all the tapestries I have created, (easy now because I have finally gotten all the pictures into my computer) looking for the one that related to fractals and emotion. I had a certain one in mind, but I saw the tapestry above and realized this was the one to use. However, even though these images are obviously fractal in nature, (I’m just realizing that all my artwork including the wands are fractal in nature) this tapestry illustrates the seeking of grounding.
The word grounding seems to reflect the ground as in mother earth. And surely a good device for getting “grounded” is to actually touch the earth. Walking on the earth, working in the garden, participating in a sweat lodge, etc are all good ways to get grounded, but may not be practical for a lot of people especially if you live in the big city. (can you relate Erica?) Even if you do live in the “big city” or some related form of that, you can usually get out once to experience the mentioned activities and recall your experience when you need the grounding. This works but for me anyway, recalling the experience just isn’t the same as actually doing it.
So is there a better way? Of course there is. Its the way that works for you. Touching in with mother earth is beneficial, but you need to be able to ground with a moments notice in these quickly changing times. You need to be able to connect with the essence of who you are to keep grounded. Whether you realize it or not, when you touch in with Mother Earth, you are connecting with the essence of who she is, which is the essence of who you are. This is unchanging unlike the physicality of the earth which is always changing. Its great if you have a special place to go that brings you peace. But remember, that physical place could be gone literally in the blink of an eye. Or you may encounter conditions where you can’t get to that place.
Meditation will get you to a non-changing place where you experience who you are and can remain grounded by doing so. Let the Universe guide you to the type of meditation that is best for you. Most meditations can be done anywhere and at a moment’s notice. (as long as you ignore what the people around you may be thinking) Most meditations involve either spontaneously, or consciously slowing and deepening the breath, which improves access to universal life force, which is also grounding. In general it would be good if you grounded (meditated) at the start of your day which would assist you to stray grounded during your daily activities. Then if you had an experience which was seriously unstabilizing, you could also do your meditation at the soonest convenient moment. The most important thing to remember when you are feeling scattered etc., is remembering who you are.
I have been gifted with a process to use to help folks retrieve their Original Identity Vibration from the Akashic records. This occurs at the end of a vibrational healing and higher frequency light transmission session. See transformational services for details.

i thank you for this. wish i could send you a clearer form of energy from person to person now, but still working on that. Will transmit when ripe, a passing peach for you to borrow till it’s time for that formsomewhere’s else upon another teacher. It does not tether as it would were i to raise and send it heretoday. You will understand what is already known.
With Love, Light, and Might,
a friendly traveler 1;)
